"On July 13th 2002 you filmed our wedding, and having since reviewed the tapes (both short & long versions) several times, I want you to know that Michelle and I are blown away at the quality of your work! You guys deserve huge Kudos. The videos are outstanding! They are incredibly well done. The footage is terrific, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The editing, splicing, and music queing is incredible. The packaging is great as well. And you were as discreet as possible during the event. We were worried about the interference caused by the camera, but I would advise another couple not to worry about it - it's minimal and definately worth the price!
I don't think I've ever written one of these letters, but I have been telling myself that I had to since seeing the videos. You may not be the cheapest, but you must be the best.
